About Us
A.L. Burke Inc. started in the early 1940's as a house builder. We have developed the business over the years into a property management company that specializes in manufactured housing communities. We are very proud of our long business history and will continue to do our best to provide quality housing at an affordable price to our Residents.
Years ago, Manufactured Housing Communities were referred to as 'Trailer Parks'. We have worked hard to establish a reputation of upgrading our communities with newer homes that have vinyl siding and shingled roofs just like a stick built home. Many of the Residents that live in our Communities take great pride in ownership. We have clean, neat areas where people are proud to live. This is your home in our community and we do not refer to them as Trailer Parks but rather Communities.
